Scott Rosen, Esq.
Scott Rosen is a Florida attorney practicing in the areas of estate and incapacity planning, trusts, probate and guardianship (administration and litigation), elder law, real estate law and corporate law. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1988. Mr. Rosen began his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida and later received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance from Florida International University in 1985. He attended law school and received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami in 1988.

In 1986-1987 while attending the University of Miami School of Law, Mr. Rosen served as a clerk for the City of Miami Attorney's office in the Building, Zoning and Planning department wherein he received a commendation from the city's Mayor for his service. Mr. Rosen has been in private practice since 1988. He has been and continues to be a member of numerous committees and organizations throughout his legal career which keep him both up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in his areas of expertise, as well as involved in civic/community activities.
